Gardai requested the assistance of Wicklows Mountain Rescue Teams for the recovery of an injured walker below Eagle’s Nest at Lough Bray Upper in the Wicklow Mountains National Park. The Dublin & Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and neighbouring Glen of Imaal Red Cross MRT were tasked by Gardaí to assist a mountainbiker who had sustained an injury in a fall in Djouce Woods this morning. A mountain rescue landrover and personnel responded to the scene to provide assistance.
