There is definitely a cold snap in the air and plenty of wind and rain for the usual collar up, shoulders hunched turn to winter and the risk of flooding that comes with it. Amazingly Busy and Eventful Training Weekend for DWMRTDublin and Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team’s second training weekend of 2015 took place from September 18th - 20th at the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation. The weekend kicked off with a team meeting, followed by workshop sessions on vital signs on Friday night. Saturday morning started with an exercise designed to closely mimic a real callout.
