At 06:07hrs, Dublin / Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team and Glen of Imaal Red Cross Mountain Rescue were tasked by the National Ambulance Service to a report of a 28 year old male with a trauma injury.
This morning the team were tasked to a 28 year old who sustained a serious trauma injury, mountain rescue personnel made their way to the incident in the vicinity of Turlough Hill.
Once the patient was stabilized, he was then air lifted by Rescue 116 who had been tasked by the National Ambulance Service.
Team was stood down at 08:15hrs.
Duration of incident: 2 hours, 8 minutes.
